Building Use Request

Effective January 1, 2024
If you would like to use our facilities, please submit this form. We will call you to confirm your request once we review the facilities calendar. If your request is approved, we will require a $50 deposit for all reservations, which will be returned after the key is turned in and the cleanup has been approved.
