Building Use Request

If you would like to reserve our Way Cafe or Discipleship Center, you're in the right place! If you would like to reserve our Fieldhouse space, click HERE.

If you would like to use our facilities, please submit this form. We will call you to confirm your request once we review the facilities calendar. If your request is approved, we will require a $50 deposit for all reservations, which will be returned after cleanup has been approved. Click HERE for the cleaning list.

Holiday Closures
We do not allow reservations on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Severe Weather Cancellations
If severe weather like ice, snow, or very cold temperatures is expected, Newton Church of The Way may close the campus and cancel ministry events and reservations. If your reservation is affected, we will let you know at least four hours before your event.
