This youth ministry is focused on living out that verse by growing relationships with Jesus and one another.
At Upward and Rise, we learn as we go by listening, reading, and watching for God in everyday life. By sharing scripture, testimonies, missions, and fellowship, youth at Newton Church of the Way learn about the unconditional love of God, and about how He changes lives.

Youth Works Trip 2024
You are invited to our annual Spring Fling fundraiser on Friday, March 22nd! Please join our high school youth students in the Worship Center for an evening of great food, fellowship, entertainment, and pie auction as we raise funds to send our high school youth students to a work trip in Indianapolis this summer. Doors open at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm. (child care is not available this year). We do ask that each person/couple register themselves instead of in small groups that we've done in the past. This will help us get a more accurate headcount. THANK YOU!
Rise - High School Youth (9th-12th Grade)
At Rise, all students are welcome to join us as we learn and grow together by listening, reading, asking hard questions, and seeing God in everyday life. We seek to learn about and experience the unconditional love of God through worship, scripture, testimony, small group, and fellowship in a Christ-centered way. Join us as you discover your God-given gifts and serve at youth group, in our community, and on mission trips across the country.

Upward-Middle School Youth (7th and 8th Grade)
We believe that God is moving powerfully through this generation and that he desires to raise up youth who know Jesus and are empowered by His Spirit. If you’re a Middle School or a High School student who is looking to grow your faith, connect with other students, and have fun while doing it, then JOIN US!
