Prayer Team

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” —Philippians 4:6

Our Mission

We are committed to listen and pray in the Spirit to bless, protect and encourage our pastors, staff, leaders, ministries, congregation and community.

“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

Prayer Team Coordinator, Kacy Snyder

At The Way, we believe in the power of prayer! Prayer is the foundation of our personal relationship with Christ. Our team focus’s on covering our staff, leaders, ministries, congregation and community in prayer. It is our goal to seek God’s counsel-moving in to agreement with Him, instead of asking for Him to agree with us. We are also committed to praying for the requests submitted through connection cards and prayer chain. The prayer team is available for prayer during the response time of both Sunday services as well as by appointment. All prayer sessions are confidential. We look forward to praying with you and for you.

If you feel called to be a part of the Prayer Team, you can contact the church office or fill out the Get Involved form located on the Adult Ministry page. God is up to something good! Would you like to be a part of what HE is doing?

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV)
